As a lifelong reader and a passionate believer in the power of storytelling to shape the world for the better, my goal is to promote international literature and to create a space where everyone feels welcome.
About us
Borderless Books is a proudly independent bookseller based in Stroud, Gloucestershire. We stock a curated selection of books for readers of all ages and interests. We're particularly passionate about international literature, including fiction in translation, memoir, and travel writing.

We launched in 2025 to share our passion for great books with curious readers, starting with the Borderless Book Club. In February 2026, we got the keys to our little bookshop at 4 London Road.
Where to find us
Our lovely little shop is located in the centre of Stroud, a 3-minute walk from the train station, and a stones throw from the famous Farmers Market.
